Rehabilitation

Country Aire's Rehabilitation Program is designed to address the special nursing needs of medically fragile or post-hospitalization patients. The Rehabilitation Program serves those requiring special therapies following: brain injury, stroke, as well as post surgical recovery programs. The therapy program is individualized according to each person's needs and we pride ourselves on returning our rehabilitation guests to home as soon as possible. In fact almost forty percent of all admissions are returned home after our rehabilitation.
